Ive had one full projection, and a hand-full of other very short but vivid experiences!, but since then I seem to be somewhat in limbo, on the edge of the vibrational stage, with the sensation that my solar-plexus is being manipulated. Of all of this, Ive felt beauty enter my life!, my empathy and compassion for other's has increased 100 fold, and I seem to relate to others causes and problems in way's I simply don't understand. All I know is that I'm a better human being now!, and I know the better I get at perfecting this gift, it can only pay more dividends. Its not that I was ever unkind or unhelpfull to other's, it's just that now it fill's my heart to do the simple things, like smile at someone who's sad or miserable, or just hold the door for someone. I know without a shaddow of a doubt, that this is the result of my meditation and attempts at astral projection. Ive never been given a greater gift, and I would truly love to read Robert Monroe's own personal experiences, as he has been a true inspiration to me.
