Forgiving Our Past: Key to Unlocking a Joyful Present

Wednesday, November 28th, 2007

One of the concepts I initially found challenging about living more in tune with the creative abilities of my emotions was the idea of letting go of past anger, regrets, and disappointment. However, it’s essential we do this if we wish to continue seeing an emotional evolution within ourselves. This evolution will immediately begin showing up on the exterior of our life experience as well. It’s a win-win situation. Not only will we feel better, but we also will begin to live happier lives that are more in tune with the underlying purpose of why we’re here. Once this becomes our predominant state of being- anything we desire becomes achievable because we will have unlocked one of the true keys to ultimate joy- the unflappable belief in ourselves!

When we harbor ill will and hurtful feelings towards others, due to past circumstances and events, we are speaking volumes about the doubt and disbelief we have about our own life experience and our own abilities. If we were truly in a secure place of joy and happiness, the behavior of other people, no matter how much it seems to impact us, could never affect what we are presently feeling, thinking and living- at least not for any length of time.

Manifesting Desirable Results Through Balance

Saturday, November 24th, 2007

As we come to an understanding that our individual reality is being affected not only by our actions, but also by the emotional states that drive our actions; we must determine a proper balance if we wish to be deliberate (highly effective) fulfilled creators. Most people have caused a large imbalance in their lives by devoting almost one hundred percent of their energy to the action portion of this equation. They’re basically leaping before they feel. And while most inadvertently realize their actions flow much smoother when they feel good, they still miss how connected and intertwined their emotions are in this process.

It’s easy to understand why many have lost sight of their emotional creative power. In a material based form of reality we become conditioned to believe we must exert extreme amounts of physical force to cause any form of change in our surroundings. While this is partially true, it’s not the only factor at play.

Astral Projection & the Big Bang

Tuesday, November 20th, 2007

During the course of my out of body experiences there are always two primary sensations which occur. They both immediately follow the vibrations and roaring sounds I described in my last post. Even though I’ve mentioned these sensations in previous posts, I’d like to touch on them again for the purpose of trying to classify and partially explain their occurrence.

The two incredible sensations I feel are being crushed or compacted into an extremely small point of awareness and feeling an amazing expansion at a fast and furious rate. I always feel as though I could rest on the head of a pin after the compaction ceases. Even though I feel infinitesimally small, I’m also aware of an intense amount of energy building within while this is happening. It’s a feeling that’s almost too difficult to explain with words.

Recent Out of Body Experiences

Sunday, November 18th, 2007

I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve been missing out on my daily meditations. Even if I get so engrossed with my physical activities that I start to overlook this fact, I’m always reminded of it while I sleep at night because my astral projection experiences inevitably increase.

I usually average some form of an out of body experience at least once every few weeks during my regular meditations. However, once I cease to meditate for several weeks straight, the OBE’s start coming to me during my sleep state. It’s almost as if something’s trying to tell me that if I’m not actively going to help the projections to induce, then they’ll find another way of occurring.

I feel we all unconsciously project while we dream, yet what’s interesting is that during these long stretches without meditating, I become hyperconscious of my nightly journeys into the astral. It’s been said that once we consciously open the door to the out of body state, it never truly shuts. I can now see how accurate that statement is.

Q & A: Destiny & Karma

Thursday, November 15th, 2007

Question: When considering the teachings that are found in films like What the Bleep Do We Know and The Secret, where does destiny fit in, or does it?

Answer: That’s an excellent question. For anyone that’s unfamiliar with The Secret and What the Bleep Do We Know; both films teach that we are entirely responsible for every single outcome within our own lives. Nothing is being done unto us without our drawing it in. Both impart this truly life changing information through different means and methods; however the message of both boils down to our reality being a reflection upon our primary intentions, thoughts, emotions and the resulting actions we take based upon these.
